Our Terms & Conditions for locksmith services are as follows:

1. A callout fee of £49 is applicable for all jobs.
2. Payment is due on the spot and can be made with cash, credit card, or debit card. 
3. We require proof of address when providing the service. 
4. We provide a 6 months warranty for all the parts fitted by us.
5. We reserve the right to reject any job that is deemed unsafe.
6. All our services must be used in accordance with UK laws.

Introduction
These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Proper Locksmith website (the “Website”) and the services offered through the Website (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Website or the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Website or the Services.

Scope of Services
The Services offered through the Website include, but are not limited to, locksmith services such as lock installation, repair, and replacement; and emergency lockout assistance.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to use the Website and the Services.

Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Website or the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You may not, in connection with the Website or the Services, engage in any activity that is harmful to Proper Locksmith or to any other person or entity, or that violates any law, rule, or regulation. This includes, but is not limited to, activities such as hacking, spamming, and distributing malware.

Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Proper Locksmith or its licensors, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content on the Website for commercial purposes without the express written consent of Proper Locksmith.

Warranty
Proper Locksmith warrants that any services provided through the Website will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. This warranty extends for a period of 6 months from the date of service. If any defects in the workmanship become apparent during this period, Proper Locksmith will, at its option, repair or replace the defective lock at no additional cost to you.

Callout Fee
If you request a callout from Proper Locksmith, a fee of 49£ will be charged to cover the cost of dispatching a locksmith to your location. This fee will be payable at the time of the callout and must be paid in full before the locksmith will begin any work.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website and the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Proper Locksmith does not warrant that the Website or the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the Website or the Services will meet your requirements or expectations.

Limitation of Liability
Proper Locksmith will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from your use of the Website or the Services, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Proper Locksmith, and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates, harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Website or the Services, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and your use of the Website and the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Website or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration laws of the United Kingdom.

Proper Locksmith reserves the right to update and revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Website or the Services after any changes to the Terms have been posted will constitute your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Proper Locksmith with respect to the Website and the Services, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
